Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca 50%, Touriga Nacional 30%, Syrah 20%.
Harvest: September 15th, when the grapes were at their peak ripeness. Hand-harvested in 15kg crates.
Vinification: Total destemming. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 26-28ºC for 20 days.
Bottling: Total destemming. Naturally stabilized, therefore subject to sediment formation. In May 2025, 4,200 bottles were bottled.
Tasting Notes: Floral, violets, cherry. Complex. Good freshness, one of the most striking characteristics of the region due to the maritime influence.
