Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional (45%), Baga (45%) and Vinhão (10%).
Tasting Note: Color: Open ruby. Aroma: Expressing aroma of red fruits. Mouth: Fresh, light body, soft tannins with little expression.
Vinification: Touriga Nacional and Baga are picked on the same day and pressed together. These grapes are gently pressed to avoid the extraction of an intense color. Vinhão grape is picked and stompped by foot separately.The result of this blend is a fresh, light and refreshing wine. Expressive and vibrant aroma of red fruits.
Gastronomy: Excellent to accompany mainly white meats but also some delicate fish. A summer red, a red for those who does not like red wines or for does just looking for an easy red. Serving temperature 12ºC.
