The pure essence of the Alentejan Atlantic coast. A blend of our best coastal vineyards nestled in the foothills of the S. Luis Range where the River Mira meets the Ocean.
Grape Varieties: 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Jaen (Mencía), 20% Syrah
Soil: Sandy and silty-clay soils of volcanic origin.
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of dried herbs, ground graphite, rose water, and exotic spices rise on the nose and unfold on the palate with an enveloping aromatic purity. Pure and crystalline, with a freshness marked by the Atlantic. Delicate, sandy tannins lend subtle structure to this ethereal wine.
Viticulture e Vinification: Organic and regenerative farming. Manual nighttime harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 10% whole bunch. Gentle maceration for two weeks. Aged in used French oak and stainless steel barrels. No fining or filtration.
Pairing: Perfect with grilled vegetable dishes, Mediterranean-style firm-fleshed fish, vegetarian dishes with herbs, or grilled white meats.
