Grape Varieties: Blend of traditional Douro grape varieties (more than 20), including Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Rufete.
Winemaking: Hand-picked grapes to small boxes. Partial destemming, followed by crushing and pumping into stainless steel vats. Fermentation with controlled temperature, soft pumping over, final maceration of one week. Malolactic fermentation in vats.
Ageing: 20 months in French oak barrels (50% new).
