Tasting Note: A creamy wine with a pronounced, persistent acidity. Citrus notes and some exotic fruit stand out.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Grapes are pressed and then slowly decanted. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. Integrated Production System.
