It was in the family cradle (berço) that we found the cradle (berço) of a new white, a very special and limited edition, launched only in the best years.
Grape Varieties: 40% Arinto, 30% Avesso, 30% Viosinho.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow. Mineral aroma, with notes of chamomile, white pepper, lime and tea leaf. Great complexity, enveloping but always with great freshness, profound delicacy and elegance, demonstrating great aging capacity.
Vinification: Total destemming. Soft pressing and decantation. Fermentation at 16ºC for 12 days.
Ageing: 2 months in 225L barrels. 50% 2nd year, 30% 3rd year, 20% new. 85% French Oak (toasted by convection), 15% Portuguese Oak (untoasted).
Aging Potential: 20 years
