Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires
Region: DOC Óbidos - Lisbon
Tasting Notes: Citrus-coloured wine, with aroma to tropical fruits and with floral nuances, typical of the grape. Elegant, creamy, fresh on the palate, with good structure and a very long aftertaste.
Vinification: Hand harvested to boxes of 10kg, with total destemming and soft pressing.
Fermentation: Natural. In traditional lagar & Stainless Steel.
Ageing: 10 months on lees in Stainless Steel Vat.
Pairing: Ideal for all sea food dishes, as well as soft meats and soft cured cheese.
Best Served: 12ºC / 2019-2026
