Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires (100%). Vineyards over 20 years old.
Tasting Note: Color Light citrus hue and light greenish yellow shines. Nose It presents tropical notes, passion fruit and touches of lime and basil. Very fresh in the mouth with elegance and a very long aftertaste.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes in 22Kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the entrance to the winery. Later de-stemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 17ºC.
AgEing: In stainless steel vats.
Filtration: By plates followed by polypropylene cartridge.
