Grape Varieties: Tinta-Roriz (100%). Vineyards over 20 years old.
Tasting Note: Bright Ruby color. Nose Red fruit aroma. Mouth With structure, round soft but with volume, with a persistent aftertaste.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes in 22Kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the entrance to the winery. Later crushed and trodden in a mill. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats.
Filtration: By plates followed by polypropylene cartridge.
