Tasting Note: Violet in color, it presents excellent aromatic freshness, highlighting aromas of wild Douro berries. It begins very elegantly on the palate, evolving into a wine with a solid structure composed of fresh, fine-textured tannins. A distinctive wine, very characteristic of the grape variety, finishing fresh and persistent.

Winemaking: The grapes, sourced from the best Touriga Nacional plots at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in 22kg crates and subjected to rigorous sorting upon arrival at the winery. After total destemming and light crushing, the must was transferred to temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, a gentle pressing was performed.

Ageing: This Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.

Serving Temperature: 16-18ºC
