Grape Varieties: 100% field blend

Tasting Notes: Light color with delicate aromas of spicy character, discreet fruit and some green notes associated with the use of whole bunch. Palate with good acidity making this wine a gastronomic and very pleasant wine. Should be served between 12 and 14ºC.

Soil: Granitic with clay lines

Vineyards: 45-year-old vineyards, with approximately 5,000 vines per hectare, located at an altitude of 600m.

Winemaking: The 2023 wine year in Dão was marked by a dry winter and the rain that fell in early spring allowed some water reserves to be obtained in the soil, which supported the plant during the dry summer months. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts and traditional Dão vinification, resulting from the fermentation of red and white grapes, the latter being in a percentage of 11%.
