Grapes: Touriga Nacional 50% and Tinta Roriz 50%.
Vineyards: Vineyards located in the Terras de Senhorim sub-region, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400m and 500m in granite soils, with an average age of 36 years.
Tasting Notes: Color: Light and attractive pink. Aroma: Intense fresh red fruits, with a slight floral touch. Palate: Fruity and fresh with vibrant acidity.
Vinification: The red grapes selected for this rosé were initially pressed quickly and at low pressure in a pneumatic press, so as not to extract much color. The resulting must was sent to a settling tank, where it was subjected to a temperature drop to prevent fermentation from starting for approximately 36 hours. After the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation continued at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17 degrees Celsius.
Pairing: Fish, pasta dishes, sushi, salads, white meats. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
