Soil: Clay Limestone

Winemaking: Wine made from grapes planted in claylimestone soils, on slopes. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature, foot treading and spontaneous fermentation.

Ageing: In used French oak barrels with bâttonage for 9 months.

Tasting Notes: Straw color, floral and minty aroma, soft tannins and velvety mouthfeel.

Food Pairing: Grilled fish, Azores cheese, smoked sausage.
