Grape Varieties: Malvasia – Chão Rijo Colares [100%]

Soil: Clay Limestone

Winemaking: Winemade from grapes planted in Chão Rijo, next to Vila de Colares (Sintra). Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes: Citrine color, citrus aroma, orange blossom, fresh and mineral in the mouth.

Food Pairing: Azores cheese, salads, fish as mackerel and seafood.
