Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional (40%), Tinta Roriz (30%) and Vinhas Velhas (30%).
Tasting Notes: Concentrated black cherry color. Intense mature nose. With notes of orange blossom from Touriga Nacional well wrapped in the black fruits of Tinta Roriz. The Old Vineyards are revealed in this full-bodied profile, round and with good persistence.
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Selection at a choice table. Gravity tank filling, temperature controlled fermentations. Short ageing in wood.
Gastronomy: It goes well with oven-baked fish and white meat. Should be served at 16ºC.
