Grape Varieties: Vinhas Velhas (45%), Touriga Nacional (35%), Tinta Roriz (20%).
Tasting Notes: With a concentrated ruby violet color, MÃOS RESERVA red is a wine with a predominant aroma of port wine with red fruit. In the mouth, the tannins are ripe and well present, with a lot of volume and freshness.
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20kg boxes. Selection at a choice table. Gravity tank filling, temperature controlled fermentations. Aging for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
Gastronomy: Goes well with game meat. Should be served at 15/16ºC.
