Tasting Notes: IRMÃOS white is a lively wine with aromas of pineapple and tea leaves. In the mouth it is soft and fresh.
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Temperature controlled fermentation.
Gastronomy: It goes well with grilled fish and salads. Should be served at 12/14ºC.
