Tasting Notes: Concentrated in color, dense. Fine aroma with notes of ripe red fruits, cocoa, and jam. Elegant and lingering aftertaste.
Winemaking: Careful selection of our best Alfrocheiro grapes. Fermentation in lagar (traditional stone trough), aging in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels for 12 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle, which gives it an elegance and freshness in which floral and wild berry notes stand out.
