Quinta da Pellada Alfrocheiro Tinto 2016

Grape Varieties: 100% Alfrocheiro chosen from an old 55 year old vineyard located at an altitude of 500m.

Tasting Notes: Very intense and color. The aroma shows great complexity, with plums and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity.

Soil: Granitic with clay and sand lines.

Vinification: The grapes were vinified respecting their entire nature, the vinification was completely manual, with the absence of a pump, minimal extraction and natural yeasts.
