Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes: Very intense color. The aroma shows great complexity, with plums and red fruit aromas. Very elegant on the palate, with great structure, firm freshness and velvety tannins. It is subtle, with intense fruit flavors and impressive acidity.

Vinification: After careful selection both in the vineyard and in the winery, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature. It aged for 18 months in second year allier oak barrels.
