The "Resumo" results from a batch of 15 harvests of Herdade de São Miguel, our first wine. Crops with rain and very hot, fresh springs and dry summers. Some surprising years and others more challenging. 15 years of dreams, work and many friendships.
Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez, among others.
Tasting Notes: Color: Intense ruby with violet hints. Aroma: Ripe aroma of red fruits well integrated with spices and balsamic notes. Palate: Balanced, round, fruit and spice flavours. Good structure and smooth tannins.
Vinification: This wine is a blend of 15 harvests of wines from Herdade São Miguel, from 2003 to 2017.
Ageing: Long ageing in bottle.
Gastronomy: Game dishes, red meats, stews and cheeses with intense flavour.
