Tasting Notes: Colour Garnet Red. Extremely complex wine, very present acidity, ripe and velvety tannins. Clean aroma and long finish.
Vinification: Handpicked grapes and rigorous selection. 10-14 Days maceration. At least 18 months ageing in barrels, then at least 6 months after maturation in stainless steel tanks.
