Sub-Region: Chaves

Vineyard Location: Vidago

Ground: Ganitic

Grape varieties: Alvarinho (90%), Touriga Nacional (10%)

Winemaking: Total destemming, 24 hours of skin contact, joint pressing of Alvarinho and Touriga Nacional, static cold settling (36 to 48 hours). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature (14ºC to 16ºC). Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Storage and Consumption: Store preferably away from light. Serving temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
