Tasting Note: Light-bodied, dry and vibrant wine. The freshness, creased tannins and pronounced acidity stand out. Notes of red fruit, cherry, cranberry, spices and cassis.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation begins in the press without the stems. The grapes remain in contact with the grapes for approximately 7 days, after which they are pressed, decanted, and stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
