Grape Varieties: Verdelho
Tasting Note: Wine with a very delicate floral aroma that contrasts with the great minerality present in the mouth.
Production Mode: Sustainable viticulture. Minimal intervention.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, with selection on a choice table. Total destemming with gentle pressing where decanting occurs naturally for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC with agitation of fine lees.
Ageing: Stage in stainless steel until August with bottling after gluing and light filtering.
Pairing: Goes well with fish and white meat dishes.
