Origin: On 07.09.2021 Beatriz was born. This is a wine designed to mark one of the most important dates in the life of Élio Lara. An edition of 800 bottles to celebrate life.

Grape Varieties: Alvarinho

Tasting Note: With a golden citrus color, characteristic of the variety being cured, it has a classic and expressive aroma, where it mixes citrus fruit with stone fruits and smoked notes that enhance the whole. With an elegant and delicate entrance, it opens on a full, firm and cheerful mouth with notes of fruit, flowers and earth. The whole is vibrant, supported by an incredible natural acidity.

Vinification: It is a wine that brings together grapes of the Alvarinho variety from the three valleys of the council of Monção. It is fermented in French oak barrels with tanning, showing all the potential of the variety in this terroir. It ages in the same barrels in which it ferments for 12 months. It was released to the market 6 months after being bottled. It is a guard wine.
