Tasting Notes: The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has a zesty and vibrant nose, with notes of juicy citrus, lime and subtle passionfruit notes. The palate is intense, with ripe vibrant passionfruit and grassy notes. Crispy and long palate that finishes with tropical hints of peach and passionfruit balanced by salty mineral notes
Vinification: Hand picked. Soft pressing. Low temperature fermentation and ageing on yeast.
