Tasting Notes: Color: non filtered wine, cloudy pink to orange color. Aroma: Expressing aroma of red fruits (specially strawberries) and fermentation aromas as well. Mouth: strong presence of bubbles, red fruits, medium body.
Winemaking: Pure pet-nat style wine. 100% bottle fermentation with total lees. No added sulfites. Non filtered.
Gastronomy: Excellent to accompany starters or roasted food.
