The purpose of Vindimas editions is to realease into the market distinguish wines. In this 2nd edition, the blend of several crops stands out (2017, 2018, and 2019). With a very careful vinification, the best batches had been selected and kept in our cellars. It had result has a perfect and harmonious conjugation presented as a modern style where the complecity, structure, soft tannins and final freshness results as a well-balanced wine.

Grape Varieties: Sousão (70%) e Touriga Nacional (30%).

Tasting Note: Colour: Deep ruby. Aroma: Ripe fruit, floral notes, deep, exotic wood Flavor: Vinous, full-bodied, smooth, spicy, deep and fresh.

Vinification: 100% destemmed, vinified in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Ageing: 2018: 3 years ageing in oak. 2020: 2 years ageing in oak. 2021: 1 year ageing in oak.

Gastronomy: Goat cheese and buttery sheep, traditional sausages, red meats, delicate and consistent dishes.

Ageing Potential: It is a ripe and intense wine, specific of the “Terroir” of the Douro, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for many years after bottling.
