Produced from the Trincadeira and Castelão grape varieties, sourced from a 15-year-old vineyard planted on limestone soils, this wine revives the Alentejo winemaking tradition of the 1980s. The grapes are harvested together, then foot-trodden and aged for 12 months in used barrels, a process that preserves both freshness and the expression of the fruit. It is a wine that bridges tradition and modernity, celebrating the roots of the Alentejo region.
