Lacrau Reserva Tinto 2021

Profile: Wine with good depth and aromatic complexity. Greedy, medium bodied, with soft tannins and a spicy side that gives it elegance.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional. Vineyards between 10 and 20 years old.

Tasting Note: Ruby color with good intensity. Intense and complex aroma reminiscent of ripe red fruits surrounded by spices. On the palate it is dry. Balanced acidity. Good mouth aroma. Very soft tannins that give it a long finish.

Winemaking: Hand harvesting. Manual selection of curls. Destemming followed by crushing. Co-fermentation of grape varieties in stainless steel vats with moderate temperature control and manual reassembly.

Ageing: In oak casks of 2nd and 3rd use for 14 months.

Ideal date of consumption: 2019 - 2028.
