1st IGP sparkling wine in the Algarve, the result of the dream and dedication of the Alves family to show the wine-growing potential of the Algarve and its indigenous grape varieties.

Grape Varieties: 100% Negra Mole

Tasting Note: It is a Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, extra brut, with a fine and persistent bubble, with a fruity and citrus nose, good creaminess and persistence.

Vinification: Manual harvest, fermentation at controlled temperatures, aged for 2 years in barrels and 3 years in bottle, made using the traditional Champagne method.

Gastronomy Sparkling wine to accompany seafood dishes or to be consumed alone.

Storage and Service: Store at 6-8ºC. Serve at 10ºC to be consumed at 12ºC.
