Vineyards: Granitic soil from a vineyard on the small plateau of Sebadelhe, at an altitude of 600m.
Grape Varieties: Alvarinho
Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested into small crates, chilled, and then pressed in a pneumatic press without destemming. Only the free-run juice is used, followed by cold settling and fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete tanks.
Maturation: 7 months in Wiseshape concrete tanks. Bottling in April 2025.
Tasting Notes: Very rich aroma, exotic fruit, apricot, pineapple, lychee. Intense palate, incisive acidity in harmony with a fresh finish.
