Grape Varieties: 100% Syrian. Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards, planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 750 meters, mostly in clay-schist soils with quartz veins.
Tasting Notes: Complex and mineral aroma, with citrus notes and white flowers. Palate with very fresh acidity, slight salinity. Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards, the variety is perfectly adapted to the “terroir” of Beira Interior, altitude, clay-schist soils with quartz veins.
Vinification: Manual harvest, pressing of whole bunches without destemming. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC for a period of about 20 days with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing: Ageing with fine lees stirring for 4 months in stainless steel vats until bottling.
Gastronomy: Excellent as an aperitif, salads, grilled fish and seafood, with friends.
