Tasting Notes: Pale green citrine color, slightly yellowish and bright. With an intense, herbaceous and complex vegetal nose, it presents itself with an unparalleled freshness. In the mouth it is very balanced, a natural and harmonious acidity is very present and makes it an unctuous, dry and vibrant wine, combining its “noble bitters” with a sustained presence of white stone fruit and its subtle spices. . The fresh and very long finish, proving sensationally “gourmand”! Fitness for aging.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 to 10ºC.
Pairing: Excellent to accompany fish dishes.
