Grape varieties: Traditional Algarvian grape varieties and Moscatel.
Tasting Note: Bright yellow color, with white pulp fruit notes in the aroma. In the mouth, the entrance is elegant ending with fresh fruit.
Winemaking: Very careful manual harvest with selection in the cellar. Direct press whole bunch. Vinified in stainless steel vats without contact with the pasta at a controlled temperature of 12-14ºC.
Gastronomy: It goes well with salads, fish and white meats.
