We minimize the use of sulfur dioxide, wines are not always filtered, vegan wines (we do not use any animal products during the entire manufacturing process).

Grape Varieties: Maria Gomes and Baga Skin.
Soil: sandy
Vinification: Maria Gomes juice fermented in 1000L egg with Baga skin maceration for one week. Bottled before finish the fermentation so it is a Pet Nat!
Enology: Maria João Pato and Luís Pato.
