The key to our indigenous terroir - Vinha Velha, Vinha da Gafa, Vinha da Frente. A blend from 11 portuguese grape varieties with a slight skin contact maceration.
Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires, Arinto, Vital, Seara-Nova, Alicante Branco, Malvasia-Rei, Moscatel Graúdo, Viozinho.
Soil: Clay-limestone
Climate: Atlantic, influenced by the mesoclimate of the Serra do Montejunto and Obidos Lagoon.
Tasting Notes: Skin Contact Wine, with herbal aromas and stone fruits, with floral and mineral nuances. Full and intense on the palate, vibrant, with a very long and pleasant finish.
Vinification: Hand harvested, with total destemming, pre-fermentative skin maceration in lagar and natural fermentation.
Fermentation: Natural. In Stainless Steel. Malolactic Fermentation Completed.
Ageing: 10 months on lees in stainless steel tank.
Pairing: Ideal for all sea food dishes, as well as soft meats and soft cured cheese.
Best Served: 12ºC / 2023-2028
