Tasting Note: Yellow color, with greenish hints. Aroma with notes of orange blossom, beeswax and dried fruits. Delicate and very complex. Delicate palate with a filigree texture, it shows character, with good volume and structure and lively acidity, which gives it a very long, persistent and gastronomic finish.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 14ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed by smooth crush. Skin maceration for 3 days. Pressing. Alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel vats with temperature control and ends in used Austrian oak barrels, without toast, followed by a 14-month stage without batonnage.
