Soil: Granitic
Grape Varieties: Bical. Vineyard age 25-30 years.
Tasting Notes: Color: Clear yellow with greenish tinges. Nose: Mineral, it presents citrus aromas in harmony with stone fruits and a slight floral. Mouth: A wine marked by its minerality, with notes of stone fruit, presenting a good structure with a long and tense finish.
Vinification: Careful choice of grapes, manual harvest, partial destemming without crushing. Cold decanting for 36 hours and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 17ºC.
Pairing: Dishes of seafood and grilled fish, and can also be a good option as an aperitif.
