Tasting Note: Very attractive salmon pink color, with delicate floral aromas and great freshness. On the palate, this Rosé shows a lot of fruit, with currant notes followed by good acidity and freshness.
Winemaking: Low temperature fermentation in small stainless steel vats.
Acceptable Storage Time: 2 Years.
Pairing: Great by itself. Ideal for summer.
