Made from grapes grown exclusively at the Apontador parcel of vines. Exposition: East/Southeast/South Altitude: 217m-248m.

Tasting Notes: The exceptional characteristics of the Apontador vineyard site in Romaneira allow this great variety to reach full expression in a rich, fine, deep and complex wine. A great and unique Syrah from an exceptional terroir. Delicious to drink now, it will age well in the bottle for years to come.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days where malolactic fermentation then takes place, a small part of which in barrel.

Ageing: Ageing in barrels for one year, 65% new oak; 35% barrels of one year.
