Quinta da Pellada Jaen Tinto 2016

Grape varieties: 100% Jaen. 60 years old vineyards.

Tasting Note: The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral. In the mouth, it is alive, and with acidity. It presents a good volume in the mouth, without being heavy, offering a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.

Soil: Granite with lines of clay and sand.

Vinification: After a careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes were vinified respecting all their nature. The fermentation took place in a stainless steel mill with controlled temperature (28º to 31ºC). Cuvaison for 18 days followed by a 14 month aging in allier oak casks.
