Grape Varieties: 100% Jaen

Tasting Notes: Of great olfactory exuberance, denser and deeper with notes of graphite tobacco and ripe fruit. In the mouth the typical floral resinous notes to identify the variety.

Viticulture: The vineyards are located in the sub-region of Silgueiros between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The variety is recognized for being glabrous (hairless), with short knots and a bright light green tone. The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides being prohibited. Weed control is carried out with soil mobilization. The harvest is manual, when these reach the optimum point of ripeness, in the 2nd half of September. The harvest is done in small boxes of 10 kg.

Vinification: These wines are obtained after fermentation at controlled temperature in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and stainless steel vats for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and then ages for 18 months in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
