Grape Varieties: Loureiro

Tasting Note: Medium lemon colour. Smells invitingly of apricot and bitter orange. There's some skin texture here giving a slight grip and a flavour that matches the aroma. So full of flavour and more powerful than you would expect at such low alcohol.

Vinification: Manual Harvest and selection of grapes. De-stemming and press of the grapes, followed by spontaneous fermentation at controlled low temperature.

Ageing: In stainless steel vats, over the fine lees and battonage performed in in the first couple of months.
