The wine and its packaging are certified by PAS2050:2011, an important international standart used to calculate product's carbon footprint throughout the entire life cycle of a product. We have improved our practices and produced a sustainable wine and lastly, we have decided to give back to the earth a bit of what has given us, look at the banner! This paper is alive. Grape Varieties: Syrah, Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes: Presents an aroma of ripe fruits, with a concentrated and prolonged flavor.
Vinification: Light cold maceration, traditional tanning fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26º and 6 months of aging in French oak.
Gastronomy: Must be decanted before being served at 18ºC, to accompany meat dishes.
Expected Longevity: 3 to 5 years
Carbon Footprint: 0.930Kg.CO2eq per 0.75l wine bottle.
Storage: Bottles laid down in a cool, dark place, between 12 and 13 ºC and 60% relative humidity.
