Menin Port wines are a living tribute to the unique heritage of the Douro Demarcated Region. Just as the 18th-century chapel with its coat of arms persists as a testament to the noble families linked to wine production, Menin wines celebrate the rich winemaking heritage and tradition of the region. This wine, resulting from the discovery, over the last few years, of hidden treasures of the Douro, was carefully selected from the best high-quality batches aged in old oak casks. The result is a harmony, complexity, and depth that only time can confer.

Grape Varieties: 20% Tinta Barroca, 20% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Amarela, 20% Tinta Roriz, 20% Others.

Tasting Notes: MENIN PORTO TAWNY 40 YEARS OLD has a captivating golden colour with a greenish halo. On the nose it shows the complexity of the various layers of dried fruits, toasted toffee and old wine barrels. On the palate, we feel the appropriate concentration of a 40 Year Old Tawny Port Wine, showing the persistence of the flavours and their intensity.
