Grape Varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato, and Arinto.
Tasting Notes: MÃOS white is a gastronomic wine with a predominant aroma of white flowers, tea leaves and citrus notes. It presents a perfect balance between the freshness of the Gouveio (30%) and Rabigato (30%) varieties and the complexity of Viosinho (40%).
Vinification: Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Fermentations at controlled temperatures.
Gastronomy: It goes well with oven-baked fish and white meat. Should be served at 12/14ºC.
