Tasting Note: Bright citrus color with light straw notes. Intense and complex aroma reminiscent of yellow flowers, tropical fruits and ripe citrus. Dry palate. Creamy. Crunchy acidity. Excellent mouthfeel. Long and refreshing finish.
Vinification: Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming followed by skin maceration. pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation in used 500 liter casks.
Stage: Stage on fine lees with battonage in 500 liter casks.
