João Clara Rosé 2022

Grape Varieties: 100% Negra-Mole.

Tasting Note: Presents a pale pink color. In the aroma, notes of fresh strawberries. In the mouth, the entrance is crunchy ending with fresh fruit.

Gastronomy: It goes well with salads, fish, white meat and seafood. It is advisable to serve this wine at 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: Harvest very careful manual with selection in the cellar. Vinified in vats stainless steel without contact with the masses with controlled temperature in the order of 12-14ºC.
